Echostar

This was an interesting situation, a rouge with a warrior name, and he didn't come from here.... This is probably the stupidest thing I've done yet... "Would you like to join EchoClan? I only saw you once in the fight, all you did was trip Leafwhisker. You seem to have a good heart. So my invitation stays the same, Would you like to join EchoClan?" She didn't know if everyone else would agree but something told her that this was the right thing to do. 

Leafwhisker

" I see her!! She talking with, a rouge?...." Now this was confusing, why was Echostar who just lost a life and appointed a new warrior off talking with random Rouges in bushes? "Psst, Swirlfall, this probably stupid since I don't trust you but, could like go break up the talking? I don't mind if she challenges a stay rouge but her tone is, too, sweet." She knew he had a crush on Echostar, which was the only reason she trusted him to go break up the talking.

Snowstrike 

Snowstrike was surprised.  Maybe he wouldn't have to escape after all... He thought for a moment,  then slowly nodded. "Alright," he said. 

Streamwind 

Streamwind caught sight of Echostar, too. Leafwhisker was right;  she was talking with a rouge.  He thought he recognized the rouge from the fight.  So why was he back here again? 

Appleblossom 

Appleblossom was sitting in the Medicine Den reorganizing her herbs and medicines.  She was completely oblivious to everything going on outside. 

Swirlfall

Hearing what Leafwhisker said he sprang into the middle of the rouge and his leader. "What's going on here?" "Why hasnt this rouge left?" "Echostar why are you talking to this rouge?" 

Stripedheart

"That rouge doesn't seem frighted at all." " What if Echostar said that he wasn't going to be chased off?" This is just creepy.

Echostar

Snowstrike had just agreed to join the Clan when Swirlfall jumped in-between them. "Swirlfall!! This rouge was forced to fight, he seems to mean no harm so I let him join EchoClan. If we could so easily lose a cat( by that I mean one of Echostar's life's ) to a random rouge attack we need more members. He, Snowstrike has agreed to become a full member of EchoClan. Now, please make way so everyone can get a good look at Snowstrike." She felt bad for Snowstrike, all he did was talk to her and the clan was already trying to chase him off. She looked at Snowstrike, "I'm truly sorry about Swirlfall, he's a bit overprotective at times."

Leafwhisker

She had to be hearing things, Echostar was not letting this rouge join EchoClan.... Shed better tell Appleblossom. She ran towards the medicine cat den. '' Appleblossom, I have news!!" She told her everything about this new cat, him joining, Echostar telling her own deputy to move aside for this new cat. "Did she do the wrong thing Appleblossom? Please tell she was wrong. We need to chase him off as soon as possible.

Snowstrike 

If Snowstrike had been surprised before,  by now he was completely and utterly bewildered.  First the female cat - Echostar, he realized now - had asked him to join her clan,  and then the male cat - that must be Swirlfall - had jumped between the two of them and demanded to know what was going on.  He shrugged at Echostar's apology. "S'alright," he said, "I get it."

Streamwind 

Streamwind had walked closer to get a good look at the new cat.  So the cat had been there during the fight!  But apparently he hadn't done much damage. Hopefully he wouldn't try to harm the clan..."

Appleblossom 

Appleblossom listened quietly as Leafwhisker told her everything. "First, Leafwhisker, I would tell you to simply calm down.  If it is indeed only one rouge,  there shouldn't be much of an issue.  He should be fairly easy to chase off. It will take time to know whether he means good or harm, who knows,  maybe Echostar knows something we don't." She had said all of this in quiet,  soothing tones,  her goal being to calm Leafwhisker down.

Swirlfall

Being told by Echostar to stand aside for a new cat that was once a rouge shattered his heart. I fought Rouges off for you. I came when you wanted me to. This isn't happening. It's not happening. Putting his tail down and his ears back he dashed away. He ran past the camp and climbed a tree. I'll get some peace and quiet here. Some time to clear my mind. I wish this was only a dream.

Stripedheart 

"Swirlfall!" "Come back!" It's not my problem if he doesn't want to welcome this clanmate." Snowstrike. That's not a bad name. Welcome to camp. Guess you'll already be a warrior then. Lucky. I had to start as a appritence. And trust me, that's a lot of work.

Echostar

She saw Swirlfall run away and felt bad. "Would you excuse me, there's something I need to do." She started to run in the direction if Swirlfall. His scent was strong when she passed a tree so she backtracked till she was at the foot of the tree. "Swirlfall! Please, calm down, we can work this out." She hasn't mentioned to hurt his feelings, now that she thought about it, what she had said was cruel. All he had been found was protecting her..... "Swirlfall, I, I'm sorry. I was cruel. You just trying to protect me. Can you come down please?" She sat down and curled her tail over her paws. She would wait till nightfall, she decided.

Leafwhisker

"Alright than." She walked out of the medicine den only to find Echostar and Swirlfall gone. "How many times can Echostar disappear in one day!!" She yelled. She walked up to Snowstrike. "If I find out you had anything to do with Echostar's disappearance.... well, I will find you, and dispose of you" she whispered. Than she walked to the Elders den, it was close to nightfall already.

Snowstrike 

Snowstrike had watched Echostar run off, but before he could do anything, Leafwhisker appeared in front of him. "If I find out you had anything to do with Echostar's disappearance.... well, I will find you,  and dispose of you." Snowstrike backed away as she said this.  He realized that she was the one he had tried to trip,  but she didn't look like a frail old cat now;  she was downright scary. Once Leafwhisker had left,  he made his way to one of the trees surrounding the camp and climbed into one of the branches to sleep.  He didn't exactly know what was going on,  but today had been a long day,  and he decided it could wait until tomorrow. 

Streamwind 

Streamwind had watched Swirlfall run off,  but before he could follow, Echostar did. Snowstrike had already climbed into a tree for the night, and Streamwind decided to leave him,  figuring it might take a bit before he was used to clan life.  He sighed. "Well,  come on, Stripedheart. I suppose we ought to head to our den." He smiled down at the young apprentice - No,  warrior -  and added, "You know, Leafwhisker might have known all along that you would become a warrior,  but some of us sure had our doubts..."

Appleblossom

Appleblossom shook her head at Leafwhisker's behavior.  For an old cat,  she sure could be quick to jump to conclusions. Appleblossom wasn't particularly old,  but she liked things to be neat and calm -  and,  most importantly, quiet. This was part of the reason she had become a Medicine Cat. She peeked outside her den and noticed the darkness of the sky. 'Oh well,' she thought. 'I suppose I can't very well go look for herbs now.  I'll just have to do it in the morning.' She turned around and went to her bed to sleep. 

Swirlfall

"I'll come down." Swirlfall jumped out of the tree. But instead of turning to face Echostar he walked into camp. "I don't feel like sleeping in the warriors den." " I'll sleep next to the stream." He walked over to the stream and and closed his eyes. Before he dozed off completely he muttered, "starclan, watch over Echostar."

Stripedheart 

"Yeah." "I guess we should get going into the warriors den." While going to the warriors den she passed the stream. "Should we try to convince him to come into the warriors den or let him sleep?"

Echostar

At least he came down, she thought. Once she was in camp she nodded to Streamwind and StripedHeart than walked to her den to get some much need rest.

Echostar awoke to birds singing, squirrel chattering, and frogs croaking. "Hopefully today will go better than yesterday." She saw Snowstrike resting in a tree. I guess I'll show him around the territory today, I'll bring StripedHeart to. "Stripedheart, Snowstrike, come along, were going on a border patrol." I hope Swirlfall is not angry with me, that's the last thing I need.

Leafwhisker

I hope Echostar and Swirlfall made up.... but first I'm gonna get some breakfast. "Hey, Appleblossom want to join me, I'm just getting some breakfast." She trusted the medicine cat a lot more than most of her other Clanmates. She chose a somewhat fresh vole. Than she walked to the shade of tallish tree that covered the Entrance of elders den.

Streamwind

Streamwind shook his head. "Nah,  let's just let him cool off.  He hasn't had such a good day." He walked into the den and fell asleep. 

He woke up to Echostar calling for Stripedheart. As he already saw Appleblossom and Leafwhisker getting some food,  he decided to leave them be and instead went back to the stream to find Swirlfall. "Hey Swirlfall," he said, "You wanna go get something to eat?  I'd like to talk with you,  if that's alright."

Snowstrike

Snowstrike woke up and jumped down out of his tree.  Border patrol?  What on earth was that? He shook his head and followed Echostar.

Appleblossom 

Appleblossom walked out of her den and grabbed a mouse before walking over to join Leafwhisker. "So how are you this morning?" she asked.

Swirlfall

"Morning.." guess I better wait for Echostar to ask me to form a border patrol. "She's never late asking me to form one.." "I'll go find her an-" he froze as he saw Echostar, stripedheart, and snowstrike going to patrol the border. That's the last straw... I'm done with this. He walked over to Echostar and the others. "I'm the Deputy." "He's a new cat." "He gets more repsect." "Today Echostar I'm going to stay in camp."

Stripedheart 

I think I'm going to let Echostar handle this. Swirlfalls more angry than before..

Echostar

She stared blankly for a moment than came to her senses. She wanted to yell at him telling him to stop being jealous and cool it but instead she calmly told him "If that is how you feel, you may. I will not stop you. Maybe you just need some time to think things though." With that said she walked towards the entrance of the camp. "Are you going to sit there like ducks or come on this border patrol?" She hoped she did the right thing about Swirlfall, he had a calm mood but when he got mad.....

Best not to dwell on it......

Leafwhisker

She had just finished eating when she heard Swirlfall and Echostar talking but Swirlfall's tone sounds upset. " Hey, Appleblossom, got any idea what's going on over there? I have a idea but I don't like mine...."
