"Thank you, sorry to leave like this but I have some friends also involved in the stampede." Shiku said, starting to back out of the den.

Nex bowed her head."Stay safe." Then she turned back and continued giving herbs to Spark.

Shiku nodded his thanks and turned and ran full speed out of the den, he ran right past the lion that had come in earlier. He didn't care, he just kept running.

Thunder, leader of DuskPride, padded out of his den and stretched in the sun, warming his pure-black fur, before standing.

Shiku blazed into the former stampede area. All that was left were two very beat up lions and a Wildebeast carcass. "Sorry guys." Shiku said, sit down and eating a bit of the Wildebeast.

Thunder smelt the faint scent of wildebeast and headed in that direction. He came to several of his own Pride feasting on a wildebeast carcass. He padded over to them.

Dion, Aslan, and Shiku froze as their leader neared them. They bowed their heads in respect and moved aside so that he could get to the carcass.

Thunder flicked his tail and ripped off a chunk of meat, he slumped down and gnawed on it.

Storm padded in the same direction as Thunder, she laughed when she saw how Dion Aslan and Shiku respected their leader. Who needs to respect a lion as weak as them she thought in her head. "A whole herd and you only caught one?" She scoffed, "You truely are pathetic!" Storm growled at the three lions.

The three lions kept their heads bowed as their leader ate. They watched him out of the tops of their eyes, waiting for the slightest command.

Storm flicked her tail, irritated. More then anything she wanted to see them upset. 

Thunder stood and glared at Storm, then turned and padded back to camp.

Storm glared after Thunder then followed.

Dion spoke up, "There was a Wildebeast stampede, we were able to kill this one." she didn't mention that the stampede had been caused by two enemy clan cubs.

Thunder strode into his camp, he yawned, showing all of his razor-sharp teeth.
