Why do you like Rocs?

- I breed other creatures, but enjoy breeding deviant Rocs. I love birds and giant birds that can come in many different colors sounds cool to me.

Do you own any Rocs? How many?

Of course I own Rocs! I've got  - *goes off to count and comes back with feathers all over* -  23 in all, including my 2 deviants *gets puppy eyes* , the 2 I'm giving to newbies, and my warrior Roc.

Do any of your Rocs have rare genes or colors?

All of my Rocs have green stats, no red. I'd say I've got some rare colored Rocs (Some colors are - Red-Splashed White, Skyblue, and Lavender) and I'll name a few rarer genes - Solid Bones, Animal Instinct, Electric Gland, Deaf (that is a good thing), Massive Wings, Musical Beak, and Smart. Then there is my DEVIANTS!!! I will not breed them with any Roc, only GP, all green stat ones. Their links are below:

Yep! I'll trust anybody that keeps my Roc to give it back as well!

Which rare colors/genes do you think the RABB should try to breed?

I think we should try to breed deviants because they're so awesome looking and also try to get a Steel Beak and Electric Gland combo to get Lightning Strike on the battle field. My battle Roc - the link below - has Lightning Strike and has homozygous color (She could give birth to a deviant if bred with a homozygous male) and is an example of what we should breed!

I decided to bred some more Skyblue rocs because they look cool and I only have one. I bred  Blueflame (who has unresearched genes) and  Nameless (Who has homoygous pattern and color). And guess what? *Drumroll* I got a Skyblue DEVIANT! Little Nameless is a female with no red stats or bad genes, but no green stats either. I'm still super happy, though!

I have Rocs that are Wheaten, Barn Owl, Black Kite, Grey, and Red Splashed with White.

Don't both Roc parents have to have the same color when you breed deviants??

Sure! I think Hollyheart might want to know too so I'll post it here.

So to get a deviant you must have parents with homoyzgous color and/or pattern. Homoyzgous genes are when there are two of the same genes, one resessive and one dominant. This male Roc is father to my new deviant and has homoyzgous color and pattern. ~ http://beastkeeper.com/pet/302243 ~ If you look at his genetics and scroll down to the two bottom genes, you'll see that he has one green and one gray "White" gene and one green and one gray "Diluted" gene. 1 out of 10 times a pet that has homoygous genes will be deviant.

And now, for the studs! The first time you use one it's free! If the Roc is not homoyzgous he will always be a free stud until he's taken off of this list. If the Roc is homoyzgous, the first time you use him will be free, but any other times you use him it'll cost 500 silver.
