My pet lykos ([6]IB/ML QM/B SC SB SM/H TH IS (#558231, Lvl 38) crafted a banner but no doom pumpkin came out of it. Could you please tell me what is wrong with this.

Nothing is wrong. You don't get a doom pumpkin for crafting banners or anything but doom pumpkins. You get a doom pumpkin for crafting a doom pumpkin. Either with the recipie that takes mutagen or the one that takes magic foods.
Both can be purchased at the state shop or im sure you could find some in the item auctions.
