A mightly vessel with powerful fog lights sails the seas surrounding the islands and catalogues the findings. The crew watches for certain buildings of interest. They increase the chance of finding a certain building by X times.

Basicaly, this is a building version of the astrologist. Only it is a ship, and I love ships. it would upgrade much like the astrologist does and would need the special items for the last upgrade. Either one already around in the game or a new one.

I would love to be able to get a higher chance of finding buildings I prefer or need instead of having it random.

To keep it from being exploited the percentage should not be so high as to have the chosen building show up almost every time.
Thank you Wireath, I didnt think about that. I was thinking it would use it to find that color changing tree and fun stuff like that.

Certainly an interesting and helpful idea, since I keep running into universities even though my pets are level 50 and such, but it can be abused, if you only try looking for fountains / oasis, you may be able to keep exploring with the same pet for as much you can explore.
