I went to Manage Groups and then I clicked Home in the little nest thing(red circle in the picture) and ended up on a page saying 403 - forbidden. It is probably something minor, just thought I should let you know.

I was able to replicate this when clicking home from that page as Chelona said. The page is called admin overview, below I took a picture of the page.
