"I'd love to hear them.  I will see if Willow has a way for me to somehow be here in spirit so they can see me at least." she said with a smile as she picked up Frost and began to tickle her with her muzzle.

"They can see now, just not in color. It'll be a few more days before then. it'll be enough time for me to get a figure of you carved out and painted. My photographic memory may not let me forget the painful moments, but it also means i can remember all the good ones to," Mayumi said, nodding to a copy of the statue she had made for Frost and Goldenscale, "They will know what you look like as you are now. You may gain scars  or other lasting injuriess, but that will all sit on the outside of who you are now."

Frost squirmed and chirpped under Goldenscale's administrations until  she was able to get a good hold on Goldenscale's muzzle. From there, she nuzzled into Goldenscale.

She purred and hugged the little child in her arms gently.  She then licked her.  'I'm glad they'll be able to know what I look like, but I'm probably going to be changing what I look like before I get back.  I originally looked more like Moonlight than I do now since I wanted to look more like everyone else, so I was hoping to change that...' she told Mayumi telepathically.

"If you come to me early tomorrow, before you leave and show me, I can make sure they'll know. Their memry as it is now is only starting to piece things together so it'll be easy to get them to remember the new look," Mayumi said, taking Gian down from her head and cradling him, "Right now, their minds are memorizing smells and sounds. It wont be until they can sense color that they'll remember anything they see short of me or anyone who happens to visit often over the next couple days."

'Alright.  I'll be sure to do that." she said, still cradling Frost.

"I'm so glad I met you when I did. So much has happened since then," Mayumi said, picking up Falinx and cradling her in her other arm, "I'm glad I can cal you daughter."

"You have shown me much as well.  If it weren't for you and Frost, I wouldn't have been able to have so much.  I wouldn't be able to run nor speak if I hadn't met you.  I could have been able to use magic to communicate, but now I have gotten so much more than I would have ever asked.  And for that I am very grateful to you." she said as she went over to Mayumi and nuzzled her.

"I'm glad we could help you. You helped us come together as a family, even if Frost did't get to see it," Mayumi said, returning the gesture, "You've done more for me than I could evver do to you. You brought both my father's spirit and Chiei's spirit to rest. Even in all my years and experience, there is nothing I can do that would be on equual grounds."

"I'm just glad I could help out my wonderful mother..." she said happily.

"And all I want is to see you happy," Mayumi said with a smile, "That, and see these little ones grow strong."

"That I can help with.  They are my siblings after all...." she said with a purr.

"I'm glad to hear that, but you wont really have to help," Mayumi said, "I can handle just about any illness. If it can be cured, I can heal it. Genetic problems are something I've yet to figure out how to fix."

"They seem hard to fix..." she said.

"Maybe one day I'll learn how to correct sch illnesses. Until then, I will have to accept being unable to cure them.It is something to work towards," Mayumi said, carefully setting Gian and Falinx down the in the bed she had made for them, "Nature has the cure for everything, you just have to find the right ingredients and the right refinement method."

"That is true.  Willow has helped me find several cures for things." she chirped as she put Frost in the bed with her siblings.
