"Twenty gold coins then," The merchant says sitting down.

Nathaniel took a few minutes, but after a little sifting he brought out twenty gold coins from the bag. "Alright, here you go," he said, handing the coins over and tossing a small gem in with them, "Take it for the trouble I caused earlier. I'm sure you can find someone who would want it for a good price."

He looks at the gem for a few seconds, " why so generous?"

"I already told you. I damaged your cart, the least I can do is compensate for the damages done. Sure I fixed it, but why not pay for the trouble as well," he said, picking up the metal beams and the whetstones, "Besides, I'm no jewler. I have no real use for a gem like that."

"Whatever Nathaniel," he hands it back and walks away. Knowing the vaule but afraid of a trick.

"Suit yourself, I'll find someone that would like it," he said taking the gem and placing it back in his bag, "Maybe some that can actualy use it."

"Bah... there is others just as good as that one." he said walking to his bed.

"Racheal, do you still have that wealding torch," he asked, walking into her office with the metal beams, "I've got a little weldingto do."

She is working on some gears and looks quickly, "Umm yes and no. i ran out of welding wire."

"Dang, lloks like I'll have to do it the hard way then," he said, setting the steel beam against the wall, "What kind of contraption are you working  on this time around?"

"Huh?" she asks as there's a hammering of gears.

"What are you working on now," he asked, looking over the gears then stepping back, "Definitly not something I can understand."

"Oh this thing?" She says worming out of a tight place, "I think it's a rail car. Though the problem is taking it down stairs."

"How did it get up here," he asked, looking it over, "You would think these would be tethered to a track or something like that." You might ask Sasha about it."

"Actually, it was in here when i moved in. something knocked it into the building." She says taking a wheel off.
