"I'll what I have for trade once we have everything unpacked," he said oicking up the jar with the egg, "What is this?"

"Careful! That is a very delicate item. I found it near the sewers n the flooded part of the city." he said walking to get some weapons he found.

"I hope you know this thing is dangerouse to have," he said placing the ja out of harm's way, "The mother will be looking for it. No one around here has the equipment to take care of such a beast."

"Ah you know what creature it belongs to?" Beck tries to work out the back of were they are unloading.

"Not by name, but I've seen several cities be destroyed due to someone taking eggs that looked just like this one," he said just as the wrap on his right arm gave way, causing the wing to unfold and cut slightly into the cart ans stick. "Oh, great," he said trying to pull himself free, "Why did it have to give way now?"

"My cart!" The merchant said trying to get it free. Beck makes it out and heads away to dispose of the manuals better. "Your going to fix this!"

"I promise I will, but I've got to get myself free first," he said, calming himself down, "Do you have any grease? Prefereably the kind used for greasing wheeles. That should allow me to pull free of the cart without any more damage."

The merchant uses a little grease. He began to pull on it hard til it came free.

When he finally pulled free, Nathaniel fell flat on his back, and let out a scream of pain when his shoulder hit the ground.

The merchant is checking his cart over. Beck comes out, "Are you ok Nathaniel?"

"I'll be fine," he said once he caught his beath. Standing up, the back of the bandage on his shoulder started turning red, "I knew I should have treated those vines with vinigar."

Beck takes bandages and redoes the bindings. "There it should hold for a while."

"At least the damage is keep minimal on me and the cart," he said rubbing the small notch in the cart, "Doesn't look like there is any structural damage. You might be able use it for displaying something or as an extra latch."

The merchant gives a hatful look, "What ever just pay me. And are you interested in the egg?" He says holding it up. Beck freezes up. That jar is the only thing keeping the scent incased.

"Sure, just how much for the vines, cart, and the jarred egg," he asked pulling a smal bag from his gear.
