"You did what you thought was right. You cannot help the fact that you were caught by hunters," she said councilig her with soft words.

Sasha remained silent except for her soft crying as she pulled herself into a tighter ball

Nathaniel only placed a hand on her shoulder as he tried to think of something he could say that would make her feel better.

She sighs and waits for an answer.

What could have destroyed this city in such a way it would leave people as burnt husks," she asked, "What in this world has that much power?"

"Its possibly an oxygen bomb," she said lowly.

"Then the government acually went through with the testing," she said pulling the blanket tight around her, "They destroyed everything and everyone, and all for a stupid war that would never happen."

"It did," she said. "I was caught behind enemy lines when i was caught."

"I'll see you two tomarow, I've got to get some sleep," Nathaniel said taking his hand from Sasha, "There's hunting that needs to be done tomarow."

Looking up, Sasha watched as Nathaniel left. "How did the war start," she asked turning back to Jasmine, "I want to at least know who to be mad at."

"It was both sides. Or so they thought. It there was a third group that made their own decision to go and have both sides start. They didn't win as you can see," she said looking at the stars.

I see," she said quietly before slowly standing, "The records are probably lost then. I guess I'll never know who did this."

"I cannot remember who made the call or who set it in motion. I'm sorry sasha," she sits there thinking of what could have happened.

"Here, hand this to Beck once you go inside," she said handing the blanket to Jasmine, "I'm going to spend the night with Nathaniel. Maybe being with someone of my kind will bring me some comfort."

"I sigh, all right. Just make sure you get some sleep ok?" Jasmine says before heading inside. She places it into his room. She lays outside his door.

In the morning, Beck comes out and sees her. "Good morning Jasmine."

Sitting beside Jasmine was the creature curled up still asleep, the occasional insect flying in and out from its fur.

Beck pets the creature and then covers her with a blanket before joining Nathaniel outside for a hunt if he had not all ready left.
