After an hour of walking, they came acros a wall of trees only parted by the road . "They always said the park's trees would take over the city one day," she said with a laugh before heading in.
Inside, dense foliage and large trees surouneded a destroyed playset and several other scattered playground equipment. Where there wasn't a plant of some veriety, there were chared husks oh fome unknow creature and some of the equipment marks burned into the sides that looked human in shape.
