"We still might be able to save him," he said dropping the reamins and started searching the consoles surrounding the tube. "This looks promising," he said grabbing hold of a lever that was attached to the tube base labeled 'Emergency Release' and pulling on it, but it didn't budge, "I think it's jammed."

"Here," Beck takes his hachet and uses it to help free it.

When Beck's hatchet hit the lever, it gave way casuing the fluid to drain from the tube and the process of resuscitation to begin sending light shocks through Avery to wake him up.

"Looks like that worked," Nathaniel said, "Now to see if he's still alive."

When the tube opened, the body fell out. It smelt like rotten eggs and sewage. Avery didn't move or breathe. The body was burnt where the machine tried to resurrect him.

"It's to late. We just need to look for others before we bail Nathaniel. I want this place gone once we are done." Beck gets up and starts looking again.

"Agreed, I don't want to stay here too much longer seeing the larger creatures' tanks. They look like the creatures wake every so often and thrash about before falling back into stasis," he said looking through the cabinets, "I don't want to be around for another to get free like the little one we found this morning did."

"Who said anything about little?" he looks at him and finds a med box. "This is all i can get you?"

The doc and Racheal helps the anthros up the ladder slowly. Racheal stays and waits for them.

"Compared to the fully grown ones, the creature we found this morning is barely old enough to walk," he said pulling a travel bag full of green glass bottle from under a counter, "This is the only thing I've found. If anything the bottles will be reusable. I'll grab the Hunter's book real quick, then we can get out of here."

"Where did you leave it?" Beck said hearing some glass slowly crack, "Hurry we need to move now."

"I left it in the armory. We can pick it up on the way back to the elevator shaft," he said moving to the door as fast as he could without tripping over the wires on the floor," Lets go."

Beck follows and quickly. When he reached the door. He shut it and put his hatchet to where nothing could come out that way.

"Here it is," he said picking up the journal like book and placing it in the travelbag, "It's bound to have information we can use."

There's a breaking a glass. Racheal sees them and begins heading up.

"Let's go," Beck heads that way and starts up the ladder.

"I'll meet you at the top," he said before starting up the wall alongside the ladder.

They get to the top. "Nathaniel i have something that might help destroy the shaft." He pulls out some grenades he tied together.

"How long do you think the fuse is on thos ethings," he asks once he pulled himself up, "If it goes off too soon, we could get caught by it. Too late and it wont do anything."
