One more question. How long does it usually take for skins to be accepted?

Where do I get the patterns to make custom skins?  Like ones that are white I can make new patterns for.

According to the FAQ; between 1-3 days (though I suppose that's the average. As mine took close to a week)

hollahollaget_$, I apologize for a delay with custom skin reviewing. I'm away for 4 days (Jan 2nd - 6th) and I won't be able to review the new skins until I return. All recently submitted skins will be reviewed on Jan 6th night and 7th morning.

Otias, this is just my opinion but maybe remove the black outline around him? kind of gives a sketchy look

What do you think of this one? Too simple? I turned one in yesterday and it was rejected. Im not sure why, but I think it was too dark, so this is my new attempt. All feedback is apreacated!

Thank you Nightingale! :) I also tried to fix the one that was rejected. Im crossing my fingers that I lightened it enough. What are the rules on resubmitting a significantly altered design?

Otias, please use anti-aliased brushes for your designs. The only case when 100% hard brushes are allowed is high-quality pixel art.

Auana, the design of all of your skins is great. There are two other reasons why the dark blue skin was rejected:

1) Outline problem. It has lost almost all of its anti-aliasing and looks jagged.
2) The gap between the front paws is filled with color.

The second version looks fine in the terms of outline but the gap is still filled with color.

I am making a Nordic set of the Lykos and Gerdr is one of them. She represents the Aurora Borealis. 

I wanted to make her earthreal. Originally when I did just the blue it did not stand out that much. So I put it on a starry background. Is a background okay? And is it okay to have a "line" form of the pet? I am trying to make the "lines" look like the outline of the aurora, and the body filled with stars, set against the night sky. 

I want to add more to this potential skin, but would like to know if it is acceptable before I go on.

I wonder if this may get accept someday, i havent finished it yet but its suppose to be a chibi styled smurgh but im still having trouble with the wings.

Can it have both pairs of legs as canine-like or at least one pair as avian-like?

Also does it have to show both of its wings or can it only show one of its wings?
