Hello, this is my first time in tundra. Question 1: I found a green portal, but can’t enter it, is that supposed to happen? Question 2: How do I know I reached Level 10 in the Tundra?

You need a portal energy cell. There is a level counter on the top left which will start appearing after you enter your first portal :)
