Change of Sex Scroll- If i want to change my female into a male would it have the same breeding points or would the breeding points change as well?

Yes, it's actually not too hard. You need a good GP3 pet with an elemental attack.

Well i tried with my Lvl 50 gryphon which has good stats but it still got defeated 

My symurghs with paws memory defeat it 90% of the time as well (lower level ones have a bit of trouble).

For your new question :  the only thing I could think of is that this happens when you already built the thing. You still can update, but you cannot see the receipt in "craft and construction" 

But I havent built it either...its not in my inventory

Which scheme was it? Maybe post in bugs.

If it was a charged sticks, deviance extractor or activated egg scheme, those don't appear when Tundra isn't open. Which is a pity.

Another Topic change.... just wanted to understand more about the deviance extractor

Deviance extractor doesn't necessarily have pros or cons. Liquid deviance is used to activate etelia snowflakes, so you MUST use an extractor if you're planning to participate in the Tundra event. It will, like its description suggests, take away the deviancy of the pet it is used on. It doesn't alter any of the pet's genes or give them any mutations.
