so i have everything but the pet.....so i am confused by what they mean with insuffient pet. Can anyone help me figure that out?

It is probably missing he required stat numbers to build it. For stable lvl2 the only requirement is having atleast 60 consitution.

How do I go about getting one to 60 constution?

You can level them up or take the easier route and buy a cheap gp2 or 3 pet from auctions that already has he needed consitution.

GP is a bonus that you get for having parents that are levelled to 50, basically--the details are fairly complicated (it's explained in the site FAQ). If you see green stars under a pet's name, that means they're GP.
There are three grades of GP, and for each grade, the pet gets a bonus of 10 to each stat. So a GP3 pet will have 30 extra points per stat, on top of its base values and gene modifiers.
