I don't recall ever getting twins with outside breeding so I was wondering if you had to own both pets. So is Thallo's ability to produce twins only effective in the case of breeding two of your own pets together?

Sorry if this has already been answered, I've looked through the forums and couldn't find anything. In addition, besides a post in the bugs section, I couldn't even find an official post about Thallo's power to produce twins. If there is, can someone please point it out.

I asked around and it seems like you have to own both pets. But yeah, if anyone got twins from an outside breeding, thus disproving that conclusion let me know please.
