I meant I thought I'd need more etelia because they have Tornado, but if you don't need your opponent to have a red tactic, then a Tornado etelia or roc isn't entirely necessary. Although they would be a big help *strokes chin evilly*

Etelias aren't really that good, if you want Tornado, due to them only ever having 1 (Can't get CP). - To me, they're pretty much just a all-rounder, and it'll be better to get a specialized Roc/Lykos.

Well you will need more than one pet with Ice aura in your team anyway so they're interesting in that aspect. You don't need more than one pet with Deadly frost with you after all.

If my current breeding of lykos gives me Ice breath/Ice Aura with Berserker, I promise to name it Wireath's Bane :P

Degen, blunt claws, weak muscles. Scratch this, I'm starting all over again from the beginning, and hopefully the males I'll breed with won't all be related this time around...

Well I'm not a big lykos breeder myself, I have something like 2 males, none of which have GP. I can still offer this guy for breeding if it would help.

lol, that is easily counter-able with the right tactics you know.

Example:

Complete confusion -- So your attack points are mine as well, and Deadly Frost might not work on it, because they are both Tactics.

Hold the Line -- if you run it with Complete Confusion, you'll also get +1 for every attack maneuver your opponent scores with, so you'll always end up with more then your opponent.

The problem with complete confusion is that you don't score a lot of points appart from your tactic. I use it less and less because even if it activates, you lose the battle too often. It could work against deadly frost since this is not a high points tactic either but it won't be that usefull against other squad in the battlefield, those using Hold the line for example.

I think Hold the line would work though, depending on the ratio of attack on both side.

I think that Theory of chaos is the natural counter tactic to deadly frost.

lol, Wolla, you're using it wrong then; you don't want to use it with any attack maneuver, since the score is Oppoents attack points - your attack points. What you want to do is use it with defense maneuver, making Confuision's ability obsolete, to get the full benefit. (Would post a SS, but I already attacked with my main CC+HtL)

Hold the Line won't work, since it's only +1 per attack, and you'll need at least 4 defense maneuver, which are worth 2, at max, so the Elemental strike will beat you, as it's 4 at max. -- That's why I saied to pair ti up with confusion.

Anyways, ToC is a counter for nearly all tactics, and only tactics; problem with it is that you'll need Movement Maneuvers, which don't really score points, so if your opponent scores points using Elemental Attacks + Leadership, you'll need so way to combat that..(Think of them as buffs and debuffs in games, they'll help you, but aren't really necessary, and can be tricky to use.)

Thank you Wireath, I'll try using complete confusion with a strong defensive team and see how it goes. I still believe that a good team with a GP 3 Roc with watchman and massive wings has a good potential. One day, I'll have my Roc and I'll be able to try it :P

Yeah, it will, since you'll be able to a combination of 3 Tornado + Theory of Chaos, which means tactics don't work on you, and you'll ruin 3 of their maneuvers. Pair it up with a leadership and two elemental attacks, and you'll be pretty hard to beat. -- Probably shouldn't have said this :P
