Hi there! I recently bred this (http://beastkeeper.com/pet/881565)  G3 Scout after seeing that G3 would give me: 

Grade 1. Silent Pace. Critical Strike chance is increased by 30%. First strike is always a Critical Strike. Your pet has Sense of Direction ability. You have Sneak Attack and additional Move maneuver on the battlefield.

Grade 2. Grade 1 bonuses.
Your pet has Watchman and Scout abilities.

Grade 3. Grade 1 and Grade 2 bonuses.
Gracefullness. Dodge chance is increased by 45%.

However--despite that fact that it's G3 I only have the Sneak Attack move; my Scout doesn't have Silent Pace, Sense of Direction, Watchman, Sout, or Gracefullness; Did I do something wrong or is this a glitch?

I checked your pet and didn't see anything wrong with it. Could you please tell why do you think that these abilities don't work, and how did you test them? We need steps to reproduce and screenshots or maybe a short video for each ability that fails. We can't fix something that we can't reproduce. I.e. for Silent Pace, please provide a screenshot with the battle where the first strike wasn't critical. Obviously, Gracefulness can't be tested or screenshoted this way, so could you please also explain how exactly did you test it and what made you think that it doesn't work?

What I mean more or less is that it's not showing up on the Genetics page; do these work regardless? I can get a screenshot of the page of my pet if that helps?

Throdama morph abilities don't appear on the genetic page because they are a bonus in addition to the pet's existing genetics. The box listing active abilities on your scout's profile indicates that Watchman is working correctly, and the presence of Sneak Attack and Strafing Strike in its tactic list indicate Silent Pace and Gracefulness should also be working, since those maneuvers are associated with those genes. Try testing them out and seeing if they work. 

Ohhh I did not know that; and I'll definitely check them out; sorry for any confusion, I thought they appeared on the genetics page; thank you for the info!
