Owing to a total moment of stupidity I have mucked up my entry and can't complete the tasks (hit sacrifice items when only had half the amount - doh!) so I now have some items that may be of use to others. (really cross with myself right now, especially as I had just sacrificed my only Night Cat) - drop me a pm with reasonable offers and I'll happily send them your way. 

A One month subscription or two for the rarer items would be preferred.

You don't have to give all the material at once so it's still possible to get the kami.

I got ten pure diamonds from my travelling merchant!

Lytala - Once the donation has been made, there is no way to add more, the list doesn't allow you to, so I can't go any further. I still feel so stupid, *sigh*

That's strange. For previous kami I've donated partial amounts and still eventually got the pet. Either it's a bug in which case you should report it or once you get more of the material it should say you can donate again.

@Russaria -I'm sorry, but Angel has made posts regarding Beatskeeper V2 and the future of the site. I'm sorry I cannot link it to you as I am on a mobile device, it was in a news post. 

Where would that be? There's a lot of news to browse through, and I don't see any related topics.

Also, some people very much enjoy the concept of Kami and having a rare trophy for your stable (and the nice battle tactics that can come with). 

That might be so, but the opposite is also true for many. Even I was reluctant to check back at all, knowing that I've missed several. Many gamers are collectors or achievers by nature. Missed trophies drive players away from games such as this, and make it hard to attract new ones.

You can certainly donate a partial amount. There is no way I could hold 1,000 food at once (and not have it be fed to my pets). I donate those items as I get them... sometimes after just a few explores. It's certainly possible. If you are having problems with that please submit a bug report!

Kalanar, did you try clearing cache, another browser or something like that? It looks like a user side problem because other players don't have it. I'm sacrificing the items in small batches, and I don't have such a problem with any of the items. 

how do you get 'tear of the unicorn' and a 'pack of warm down'?

@NightbaneWolf You get the tear from deviant unicorns and the warm down from rocs and gryphons with dominant elemental resistance. Since I know that the rocs and gryphons lose their elemental resistance if you harvest the warm down I would assume that the unicorns also loses their deviant colors.

I have donated a partial amount and was able to continue for every item where more than one is needed, except for the basket of egg ( I have none) . Has anyone tried giving less than 5 basket of eggs at the same time?

I once made a typo and tried giving too much, resulting in an error message, but a refresh cleared that up

Edit : fundatrix did use only one basket of egg without problem so no worries people, every items are safe to send by parts. Maybe it was indeed a bug Kalanar?

So what does everyone still need? I'm not sacrificing anything until I have *all* my items. 

I still need the five egg baskets but I'm most worried about getting Hops. I have no idea why but I can't seem to find any, even with the astrologist lvl 2. Uggghhh I need hops

On the bright side I can get the tear easily and I have the single nightcat I need 

I have no idea how some are finding the eggs so quickly.

I've now explored about 120 islands with the top level astrologist, and only found total of nine eggs out of the required 100.

No you're right Zaltys these are super hard to find. I have a total of 7 for 80 islands. 

However, for example, there's a trade up at the moment of  25 eggs for a pack of warm down, so maybe there's hope in trading with others. 

Yeah, I also had my problems in finding the eggs. I got lucky because I could swap other items for a few eggs 3 times on the islands.
