He turned back to look at Newt as he ran, and crashed right into Night.

The squirrel flew out of his mouth and he yelped in surprise.

Night yelped and flew back, landing on one of her scratched up sides and groaned in pain.

Chester scrambled to his paws and sprinted to her side, slipping on the rocks as he tried to stop.

"I'm so sorry!" he whined, lowing his head to her, eyes wide.
