Hello^^ Could someone tell me how energy flow cards work? What exactly do they do?

Your island portal has a limit of 20 explores queued at any given time, and you regain them at a rate of one per hour, limiting the amount of exploring you can do per day. Energy flow cards increase the amount of exploring you can do; for every card you have, you can explore one additional time.
