What does it mean that a user is banned? Does it mean he or she can't be on beastkeeper or can't talk to anyone?

It means that they broke the rules and were banned from playing the site.

When they log in, a message pops up saying they were banned, and it gives possible reasons.
When they try to click a tab, the message pops up again. Basically, you can't do anything.

Can anyone help me. Im having trouble on how to select a pet when it comes to threads which give free pets. how do I select the pet I want.
