As the day carried on, question after question, after question, an eerie mist formed, creating an Impenetrable veil. From within the mist, what seemed like an army of sillouettes appeared to be getting closer, as the vague images slowly grew larger. "Well, it seems as though we are quite late, Mi'lord Valentine.", a mysterious voice siad, right before Bastion exited the mist.

"Good evening, Diamond and company.", Bastion said, leaning on his Antique Amethyst Cane. "Oh, I see you two are in the middle of something, I apologize for my rudeness."

Sticks and Stones may Break my Bones, but Ink and Quill, that is how we kill.

Diamond: Oh no, that's okay. These guys, well, me too, in a way, are all the imaginary friends of- well you know her as SuperHappy I suppose. They come and go as they please. Poof, and they can come. Right now, they're probably eating breakfast in our homeland, those early birds.

Bastion smiled as he spun his cane. "Well, I have no questions, yet."

Elizabeth was the next to exit the mist, her Azure hair flowing elegantly. She bowed and smiled happily, her Heterochromia Eyes glistening in the pale moonlight. "I, on the other hand, do have a question.", she said, pausing for a brief moment before continuing. "How, if you don't mind my curiosity, did you become infected with Lycanthrope?"

Devin: Is that a request? We've had too many fights to count, but only three were physical. One of our fights actually gave him a scar on his left shoulder... Hehe, oops.

Diamond: Charlie would never move in on Shadow. He doesn't even know her. But maybe SuperHappy can answer the question...?

Lol, me: Diamond(me? This is confusing) wouldn't attack Shadow if she knew Shadow's story. Shadow grew up, and joined the pack. Slowly, death came. First, it was her friend, trampled by elk. Then her mother, on a border patrol. Then she found out her father killed her sister when she was but a pup, barely born. She fell in love. Had three pups. One died. Her love let out a secret, and her world was crushed. Great battle. Her love's friend who had a crush on him, attempted to take Shadow's life. Shadow dies shortly after forgiving Devin.

If Diamond knew this, she would never attack Shadow. Plus, Shadow died before Charlie even met Diamond, so that wouldn't be possible anyway. ;)

Diamond: OH MY GOSH IS THAT SHADOW YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT?!???!??!!!!!!!

Me: Nevermind. She knows. Hehe, oops...

Devin: Uh, now? Like, with commentary and stuff? Ummmmmm.....

(In anthropomorphic form) Devin eyed Charlie on the bench in front of him. He slowly crept forward. Finally, he clawed at Charlie's ear.

Charlie whipped around. “What are you doing?” he growled.

“I was told to fight you.” Devin said simply, and jumped onto Charlie's back, shifting to wolf in mid-air.

Charlie shifted himself, and arched his back, snarling. “If this is about Diamond...”

Devin launched himself forward without a word, paws slamming into Charlie's head from both sides.

Charlie raked Devin's belly with his hind feet. Devin growled, and jumped back, giving Charlie enough time to scramble to his feet.

“Face it!” Devin barked menacingly. “I beat you in every fight!”

“Back off. It's not worth it,” He grinned. “Ice.”

“IT'S DEVIN!” Devin roared, tackling Charlie and mercilessly clawing at his snout, leaving multiple gashes on his nose.

Charlie whined beneath him. Suddenly, he shot forward, latching his jaws onto Devin's neck.

Devin gasped, writhing and attempting to pull backwards. Charlie was pulled to his feet, and Devin lashed a paw at his face.

Charlie howled as claws dragged down the side of his face, near his eye.

He skid across the floor, and Devin shook his head. What if Diamond finds out?!

Charlie opened one eye when Devin padded over. “Is that all you got?” he smiled weakly.

Devin smirked. “Not the half of it. Either way, we're taking you to Hannah.”

“I don't need a nurse, dummy....where's her office?”

Devin smiled at his younger brother, and picked him up by the scruff of his neck, pulling him to his feet. He then continued to slip himself under him, and carry him away...
