Okay, so...

When I go exploring and I see vermillion, it says I can't pick it up because I don't have space in my inventory. But, when I went to some wood, it let me pick it up. I'm not sure if it's just my Puma, Lotus. She's the only one I've seen vermillion with since this started, so I'm not sure if it's a bug, or just my Puma.

P.S. This happened yesterday and today.

EDIT: I've used another Puma, and it's still not letting me pick up vermillion.

There are two ways you can run out of space in your inventory: you can reach the limit on the quantity of one item (the maximum is 999 for most items, 9999 for each food type), or you can reach the limit on different kinds of items. For example, you might have wood, stone, laminaria, etc., and each of those takes up an inventory slot. You can't pick up any vermillion unless you either upgrade your Warehouse or get rid of an item to free up a slot.

Well, the thing is, when this first happened, I destroyed 20 laminaria, but it still wouldn't let me pick it up.

Did you destroy all of your Laminaria? Or just 20 pieces but still had 10 (or whatever amount) left in your Warehouse?

There are only those two ways to run out of warehouse space. So either you didn't destroy all your Laminaria, thus not freeing up a slot in your warehouse, or you encountered some sort of bug (or you have 999 Vermillion already. To see the status of your Warehouse, go to your inventory and look at the line it says underneath Items. For me for example it says Item Limit: 115/120

If yours is at or over the limit, you just need to remove (stacks of) items until you are under that limit again.

That was it. Thank you!
