Alright; About 6 days ago I got this Handsome from the Pound!

I've also been leveling him up; I got him at about LV. 20. Even then, that's quite a few levels for a pound pet! C:

Actually, it's not a surprise; Monues does throw GP3 pets in the pound. But it's great that you stumbled upon that pet :) And I'm surprised about the level.
