It says 1/23 breedings for her and I don't remember breeding her. I only got her to adult a bit ago and it shows she has no children and she is not currently pregnant.
I'm not quite sure what happened to her.

Did you visit the Copper Idols with her? It's a building in Explore that swaps two of the pet's stats, and it costs a breeding point to use.

ah possibly... I've been spamming explore with all different pets so not sure, but you are probably right.
