i have a question i found a pound pet that is name extracted deviance. is it still deviant or not?

No. The previous owner is saying that they removed the deviance during an event, so it is no longer a deviant. Though it could probably be used to breed one because of having two copies of pattern or color, depending on what type of deviant it used to be.
