Where do they come from? I have no idea where to find them, and I need four for the level 5 stable :/

They can be found from the Portal on the Battlefield. It sometimes offers trades of 100 of a random item in exchange for one of the rare materials needed to make the highest tier of some buildings, such as Nightcats, Snake Eyes, and Spirit in a Jars, as well as the blueprints themselves.
