My beasts are constantly running out of energy! How do you give your pet energy, without energy drinks, and siting and waiting for a half hour, only for them to gain 1 energy point?!

They regain one energy point every hour, not every 30 minutes, but to answer your question - you can't.
Your pet will need to rest up to gain energy, and that takes time. Energy drinks, which are expensive, or the sanctuary building, which can only be used once a day, are your only ways of "cheating" the system and regaining energy instantly.
During explore you can find a building that regenerates 5 energy, but you spend 5 energy to explore as well, so there's no real net gain there, or any reliability as it's random.

Your best bet is to get a few more animals, so you have more combined energy pools, as well as more total energy regenerating hourly.

Waiting half an hour? It takes one full hour, 60 minutes, for 1 energy to be restored. Energy Drinks are the only way to get energy faster other than the Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is a building you can craft for your manor that gives one pet full energy once a day.

Edit: Looks like I was too slow.

Have a look around the auctions for a blueprint for level 2 stables, you should be able to get the materials from exploring some, that'll give you more room for animals, and with more animals, more exploring to do for more materials and money.

Also, sending a pet to the pound removes the pet from your care immediately, as well as reward you with 500 silver.

I know that, I only need 2,000 coins and pet with 60 constitution to complete.

I have a pet with 59...

Use the pet to explore or fight in the Arena. When pets level up, their stats are increased.

Yay! Have stable level 2 built. I have tons of symurghs, thinking about a symurgh farm!

So, I have 19 free pets, If you want them. Also a bunch of lykos, a guy, a girl, and soon a baby, 3000 each if you want one(baby counts as one)
