Hello, welcome to Dobby's Skin Collection. Here I will be exhibiting my approved custom skins along with the ones pending. I won't be accepting comissions from people for now because I believe I'm still learning and not yet ready for all the work and stress. :P 

I began to explore around Photoshop just about a few months back. Earlier I would use an online Photoshop. It was great to start with! Now, I use Photoshop Cs installed on my laptop and make custom skins there. Yes, I realize the program is very old. But still, it helps me a lot and I'm very comfortable with it.
