I'm on the Capture Pets part of the tutorial in which I have to set up the catchers but I can't click on the highlighted areas as it says I am suppose to do. So I can't set up my catchers..

For some reason I can't set up my catchers. I do as it says, which is to click on the highlighted areas, and nothing comes up.

Please make sure that you have popups enabled for our site. Catching interface utilizes a popup to show the selection of catchers, so probably this is the only thing that may fail there.

Did you try to do what Angel mentioned - did you make sure any pop-up blocker, script-blocking addon, and such are disabled on the page?

I tried what I knew And nothing worked. For my Internet I can't find anything about popups could it be my webroot blocker?

That sounds like it could be the culprit - you can try making an exception for the capture page and see if that does the trick.

No something is wrong it's not even working on my phone and my phone has no anything for blocking

Phones aren't the best judges though, it's not unusual for sites designed with computers in mind to not be fully compatible with mobile devices.
That is not to say it isn't possible something other than some kind of blocking addon is causing the issue for you on your computer.
I'm not sure what else could be it though. You could try the usual - clear your cache, try a different browser, if possible a different device. Other than that I'm not much help either, but I hope it gets sorted soon though.

That happened to me too. I didn't even do anything and it fixed itself.
