I managed to grab a few nice Throdamas from the pound, and I was looking to breed them, but when I went to try and breed this one:http://beastkeeper.com/pet/534373  the only breeding option there is a 'breeding offer', and this one won't show up on the females breeding page either. I was wondering if there is a way I can breed him.

Sometimes they dont show up when you first get pets. Wait a little while and then type in his name in the first search bar when looking at males to breed to your female.
