It just kind of bugs me that pets who have used to neutering syrum are called neuter as the gender. What I am suggesting is calling it sterile instead. I have held off suggesting this because I think it is a silly request but saying sterile just sounds better to me.

I like this because for a user who may not know what the sterilization means. Or buys a power from the auctions and thinks that it is breedable because it shows as 'male'. I think changing the title of the gender is good. Our at least making the words "female" or "male" grayed out could avoid confusion and frustration. However, if this is done wont it affect quests those ask for specific genders sometimes... Maybe it isn't substantial enough to worry about. I mean, not all quests are gender specific. Maybe we can add some 'neuter' ones.

I do agree with this (tho Im still not too convinced with the whole neutering thing..)...but I personaly would of like to see what gender the pet was before it was neutered..just outta curiosity

 We can change it to "sterile" if it is more appropriate, it's not a problem. I'm not sure about the meaning difference between these two words in English. I used to think that "neuter" is a more strict term meaning an animal that was fertile but then got neutered with the purpose to make it infertile, while "sterile" seems to have more wide meaning and used when we talk about an organism that isn't able to produce gametes due to any possible reason (not only because of neutering). Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Depends on the context, but yes. You are correct. Neuter, in this sense would mean that the pet was once fertile but the ability to reproduce was taken away. In language it means 'no associated gender'. Neuter would physically remove the associated organs. Sterile would mean the pet was born with the correct biological parts but they do not function, and cannot reproduce. Neuter would be best. I think people would associate it to the way a pet is spayed or neutered... I'm okay with neuter, as it is more colloquial. But I think the color associated should be grey. Maybe hovering over it will give info saying the pet is sterile via the neutering system. Though sterile makes sense too.. Because something neutered becomes sterile.
