This is something I've noticed and would like to have changed as a matter of fairness.

This past week I had a pet, Maresa, in the top 10 of the weekly charts. She held 9th place with 239 wins. At place 11 was Dreamss' (h) hales sauce with 237. Dreamss' pet came and won 2 more battles, getting it into the top 10. That tied our pets at 239 wins each. Maresa, however, was knocked down to 10th place. Something like this could easily knock someone out of the top 10, making it so that the first person doesn't get the gold and the person who scored the points after them does. I think that when ties take place the person who held the score first should take the higher number rather than the person who came up after them.

I can see the problem, but what you suggested will still cause the same problem. When tied like that one person will always not get the gold. Unless I am missing something in what you said. Those tied will have to battle it out at the last few moments., or use an energy drink or sanctuary visit. Though the person who first got there being able to keep their spot, first come first serve sorta thing, seems more fair than the sneaky pet coming and swooping in to take the spot with a tie.

The first come first serve deal is what my suggestion is. Ties will still occur, it can't be helped, but at least then the person who worked to claim that spot first can keep it rather than being pushed behind by someone who snuck in at the last minute to take their place.

Mmm, yeah yeah. It would be better. If it is easy enough to code into the game then may as well I think.

To me it would seem fairer that both people get it instead one missing out because of the timing.

I don't know if that would be trickier to code for though, and it would probably require additional coding to prevent a single player from gaming the system by setting multiple pets up for a 10th place tie.
