How do you make liquid virmillion?

You need to go to the battlefield. Then reach either the mines, crimson tree, or ancient battlefield. Once there you need to hold it for the full ten hours and ward off attacks. For every attack you win while on one of those spots you will get one liqvirm.

As an example: If you are on the tree, get attacked twice, win both times and stay there for the full ten hours you will get two liqvirm.

What about the way to use deviants? do you need a buildiing to create at that way?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you are asking how to extract the deviance serum from a deviant pet them you will need the deviance serum scheme (found in the state store) and a pet that exhibits the deviant genes. The "deviance" is extracted from the pet and you can use that to activate an egg. This is done the same way as any other crafting project. However, it only makes one and your pet will no longer be deviant after, it will have normal coloring.
