Yes but where else can i get it? Do temple guardians give them as prizes whenever i win? do the volcano etelia Give them out when they are defeated? I know they will appear in chests but will it appear in any chest or does it have to be in volcano and desert or can the chest be anywhere?

So there is no way to get lvl 2 warehouse or stable blueprints from exploring?

You can find both stable and warehouse level 2 blueprints from exploring. They have a chance of dropping from chests and certain buildings.
