Stopping outside Frost's house, Kian looked around for a moment before spotting Frost cradling Dains.

"Oh, hello Darkmist. I assume this is Kian," Frost said, looking up to see Darkmist and Kian.

''Yes this is Kian coming to explain a ceremoney'' Darkmist said.

"Well, she doesn't have to go to the ceremony, she's already a resident of the clan," Kian said, "I was wanting to check on Dains."

"He's fine, a little shaken and scared, but fine," Frost said, carefully pulling the blanket around Dains, "He'll get over it soon enough."

''Yes, he looks a little pale but he'll be fine.'' Darkmist said. 

(Sorry it's been one post a day i'm pretty busy lately.)

"(That's fine. It's a busy time of year.)

"Once he warms up enough for blood to flow back into his extremeties, that'll clear up. I'm glad he'll be ok though. It''s always harsh to see one so young have their life taken from them," Kian said, "I lost my sister to a blizzard. Mother was devestated when they finally found the body, and it took me nearly twenty years to get over myfrear of snow. I still visit my mother from time to time to comfort her about it all."

''That's very sad.'' Darkmist said.

"It is, but it fuels me to protect any child the I find that is lost or in trouble. If a report is made for a missing child, I will be the first to respond," Kian said, "If i ever have children of my own, I will protect them with everything I have. No mother or father should feel the pain of loosing a child."

''That is very true losing a child is the darkest thing possible'' Darkmist declared.

"It's especially bad when it's an only child like Dains here. There is only so much one can handle before one's mind is lost to depression," Frost said, holding Dains close, "I don't know what I would have done if you two hadn't brought him back. I can't thank you enough."

''You're welcome and you dont  need to pay us back we have what we need'' Darkmist told them.

"Still, I can't be any more greatful," Frost said.

"Well, I just wanted to check on you and Dains. Seeing you two are fine, I hav nothing else to say," Kian sai.

Darkmist left with Kian hovering over a cloud.

"Darkmist, I've been wondering, would you want a family," Kian asked as he flew beside Darkmist.

''Yes i do'' Darkmist said. (My pets are suddenly starving will they die if i dont feed them?)

"Do I seem suitable to you then," Kian asked.
