Thats nice! DId you consider putting little ice stalagmites by his feet? I wanted to do that coloring with ice popping up here and there.

UPDATE: Finished a skin for the Gryphon. Now Accepted. Called the "Seraphim".
UPDATE: Created a skin for the Dragon. Now Accepted. Called the "Asian Lung". My dragon Ronan is wearing it.
I recently got hooked on designing custom skins. It's just so fun...
I'm trying to do a skin for every species. So far I have Unicorn, Throdama, Symurgh, Roc, Dragon, Gryphon, and Puma.
From top to bottom:
Cat Sìth, based on the Scottish Faerie Cat (Puma)
Golden Eagle, based on the predatory bird (Symurgh)
Flamingo, based on the pink bird (Roc)
Dire Locust, based on a locust with Dungeons and Dragons influences (Throdama)
Runicorn, a blue-gray unicorn with Celestial/Angelic and Germanic Runes patterened in gold (Unicorn)

With this Cockatrice skin, I only have one species left for my "one-for-each-species" project. (I have no idea what to do for a Lykos.)
This one is called "Ostrich". Status: Accepted.
UPDATE: I have created a skin for the Lykos. It is based on the British myth of the Black Dog, specifically the Barguest. Coincidentally, the skin is called "Barguest". Status: Accepted.

Proud like a mom... These bad boys took a lot longer than planned, cost a lot more stress, searches for references and improvisation... But I'm so satisfied with the outcome :D
