Yes please. Normally I only have time to explore with 10-15 of my pets, and currently I can't get enough foo to feed my pets. It also makes sense since the higher level your pet is, the more likely it is that you've been playing for a while, and it's likely that you'll have quite a few pets.

Support, the extra higher leveled pets bring in could be considered a reward for taking the effort to raise them

Since you're going to have high level pets when you also have a lot of pets, and it'll be getting hard to hunt for all of them, I very much support an increase in food drops in higher levels.

I almost always get a quest for 100 silver, which is enough to feed 6 pets. Plus exploring. It's been said that you get two fields at the higher levels already, and anyone with a huge amount of pets has enough silver to buy them all so they should be generating enough silver to feed them as well. I don't really think a change is necessary.
