Thoughts so far? It will be cleaned up of course. traced over two pictures and put em together to make this.

It's pretty, esp the wavy mane! :) Though I'm not sure if tracing photos is allowed for skins? Unless the pics are your own, presumably.

Anyway, if I could suggest an alteration: the hind legs and tail look very upright, post-y (though horses often do stand like that) and there's a big empty space around there. You could try re-posing the legs to be wider apart, and one "supporting" the body more, something like this?

It might help to fill the square-ish space a bit more. Feel free to ignore though, it's arete's drawing x)

Good idea, I redraw all lines seperately so it's not just a traced skin. Usually they end up looking way worse than the original tracing, but hey, I try.

I kinda wish there were more ways to, uh... creatively mess with beasts. Back on Howrse some of us used to breed "negative GP" horses, that would grow to have negative stats. Strange, pointless but fun. I got to -65 or so, while other groups tried getting past -100 but then Howrse stopped that breeding mechanic, heh. In time, we could have gone into the negative thousands... tens of thousands!

Here the only option is to get all-bad genes, and once that's done...? Hmm, perhaps I'll have to take on the Overall Battle Rankings with a perfect gryph. There aren't many new challenges left to do here.

edit: oh, I am so looking forward to messing round in BeastEon. Wonder if there'll be social rankings like "Most Unpopular Beast", "Beast Who Has Caused The Most Drunken Street Brawls" ... (no, I don't wanna be a troll. I just like amusing challenges, hehe) :D

I found a symurgh in the pound with all red stats for quests... I just searched breeding offers for degeneration grade 3 and the genes I needed, then adopted a child of the worst one I found. Scored on the first try.

I feel that there should be a committee to prevent vice and miscegenation on this game to stop all this brother-sister and father-daughter incest...

I wish we could get an anti-incest pill for ten gold that allows once-off incestuous breeding with no degen. I would be frantically breeding Snugglewump's grandchildren with each other like a bunch of Targaryens.

But it's fun! We are the beastlords, and if we want deaf, silly unicorns with tiny horns and small hooves... x)

Nah, it's a universal game thing. Some players are always going to want to mess around with mechanics to do unexpected things - whether it's causing graphical glitches, sequence breaking, clipping through walls to get amusing views of maps, or in this case, just creating the silliest creatures possible.

Maybe if perfect unis/rocs/dragons/cocks/lykos/others hadn't already been achieved, I'd settle for those challenges (especially cockatrices). Only gryphs are left. After that, there's a serious shortage of new challenges to do around here... except collecting skins...

Raptorkitty, that tracing is perfect (although the tail looks like those special dusters you get for window blinds). However the head and mane look AMAZING. And the outline is ideal. Now let's see the opal bits, silver hooves and mane/tail take shape! I can't wait! Heheeee!
