Hunters Guild seem to be very picky about the colours o_O And they like White Gyrfalcon a lot.

Hunters Guilds. Traditionally very conservative.
If it was a Bavarian Hunters Guild, it would be a White Gryfalcon in "Lederhosen" (Leather trousers) in a "Trachtenhut" (traditional hat) with a "Gamsbart" (some kind of odd hat decoration) with a certificate signed by a physitian confiming that the White Gryfalcon is heterosexual and from a pure Bavarian breed.
Since this guild is not from South Germany, it's just a White Gryfalcon they want (without gamsbart and certificate), but still very typical for organised hunters.
