Sports Association is looking for a agile (46) and brave (41) Puma with high intuition (47) which is Descendant of Heroes in 2 generations or higher for a solemn ceremony

Conclave of Warlocks is looking for a brave (40) black Unicorn for a mystic ceremony

Apparently all my black unicorns are slightly timid. Can anyone help me out?

Hunters Guild is looking for a agile (58) White Gyrfalcon Roc for the falconry training (For this one I'd borrow him for two quests since I have a second quest that's the same with a lower stat requirement)
