If I may give advice, if you continue working with Lykos, yellow fish eggs are really useful because of the Lykos reduced breeding points. Pink fish eggs are amazing for breeding Throdama morphs, so you can get two for the price of one, or if you have a one time breeding with an amazing pet. 

Colorful pills are cool, but we already have magic food... Transmitters are a waste of cat's eyes. And vermillion and silver are something you can get anytime.

Bean and Stimpacks are perfect for faster leveling of pets.  And well, DCAs are for those that like and want easier deviants. 

So I guess it comes down to what you plan to do with your future game.

@Sun_Shower, what SapphireScyhe said, or you could sell them. Personally though, I'd recommend the Aromatic Beans (since it'll help: level your pets, may net you 10 gold, and if you use it at 0 energy, refills the energy, so can explore again), or the fish eggs, especially Yellow, since it's kinda permanent (Though if you explore the forest, there is a building there that does something similar, just 1 though.)
