So my account is really old but I never played it until literally today, so I"m a newbie lol

A few questions so far....

1. I was reading in the forums that multiple schemes can make the price for creating an object go down - does this mean I would have to collect and "use" 6(?) of the same scheme? Not quite sure what was meant by that. If someone could let me know that would be great as so far I haven't come across any item scheme duplicates and don't know if I should try to get a hold of them if I already have one?

2. I ran across a green portal in explore but I couldn't interact with it. What is it? What does it do?

1. You do have to find six copies of that exact scheme and use them all. 

2. Green portal requires Portal Energy Cell which is crafted with Charged Sticks, you can buy in State Store or craft them with lightning strike rocs.
