Etelia can't be sold or traded. They also have no sexes and are labelled Neuter (see my Frozen Wastes tab.) Etelia are a unique pet that can only be gotten via Tundra event which is every year January-March.
Etelia can breed, but only via "cloning" which only requires 1 of the species due to their species not having sexes. For more information on Etelia please check News posts which detail how to acquire one and what Tundra is.

I advise to buy five deviants and just extract them in January. You won't find many liquid deviances. People use them straight away to hatch lykoses and etelia.

U have to explore up to level 10 plus in tundra, using energy cells in green portals until u find a single pristine snowflake, then u activate it using crystalne ice and liquid deviance
I dont have any to sell, only 1 to extract but i should have some more soon dw
