My four icicles ought to be breeding age on the first of February, so I think I might technically have a chance at breeding their kids too. If my math checks out. I'm not sure I want it to check out! 

If just the current four breed, I need about 90 more ice; if they breed right away and so do their kids, I could end up with 16 snowflakes (hypothetically), in which case I will need a somewhat terrifying amount of ice. 

(OTOH, if I get that extra generation, I might actually have a chance at red ones? Maybe?)

Exponential increase, that's what it is. It's pretty exhausting :)

Just hit level 8 and found four etelia waiting for me. Yay!

Three of them are even lower-level than my explorer. :)

Ugh, doubleclicked on my last drop of energy by mistake and got kicked off an island that still had an etelia on it. (And a portal.) By the etelia. Argh!

I keep doing that too :'(

I'm running out of useless deviants. I didn't store lots this year, bad move >_<

Anyway I go to all the trouble of getting the lykos and the deviance and the ice and get a blue. A blue!! #catfaceplant

I can't decide if it's more frustrating to lose to an etelia that still has full health, or one that has exactly 5 points left. (One of my lykoi is stuck battlling one that keeps alternating between the two...)

Okay. ...is it possible that my level 35 Symurgh doesn't get etelias? I'm on lvl 9 with her, and she's practically my only pet who could take Etelias down. And I goddamn didn't find one etlia.

EDIT, nevrmind, there is one at level 10 :D Now I just... holy esus she hits hard.

These don't seem as vicious as their icy cousins, luckily! Though we can't win them. A shame, since I still have only a paltry three etelia, all of them blue (too many hiatuses on my part, mostly, though that can't be blamed for my rubbish breeding luck).
