Can you pay Aywas (or other site currency) for Beast Keeper pets?
I'd specifically like to know about pets please since I haven't seen them specifically mentioned :)

From the FAQ thread:
"it's allowed as long as the other site policy allows this. Though this doesn't include trading the whole account, only the in-account things."
Dunno if Pets count as in-account things exactly though.
If you play Aywas and would accept BP in return for pets/silver/items, message me! :D

Aywas actually does not allowed trading between Beast Keeper due to the whole Gryphon baby debacle, unfortunately. x.x
