Smokeheart gave some more meat to Forestpaw."We might need to set up a buddy system until you're better. We could get the apprentices to help build a shelter, then there could always be two cats with Forestpaw."

Windpaw nodded, "Sounds good, I'll begin on the shelter if it's okay with Angelstar."

Smokeheart looked expectantly  at Angelstar."We could have them swap around, so it's not allways the same cats."

Windpaw nodded and began figuring out how big the shelter would have to be.

Forestpaw chewed."I wish I could help." He muttered.

Smokeheart grabbed a long stick and leant it against the tree so it went over Forestpaw."We can add onto this and lean the sticks against it."

"It'll stop most rain from getting through." Windpaw agreed, surveying the stick.

Smokeheart set to work helping Windpaw. He grabbed another stick and propped it against the main one.

Windpaw ran into the forest and a moment later, she returned with a giant stick, looking very pleased with herself. When she tried placing it against the main one, it ended up falling on Forestpaw's head.

"Hey!!" Forestpaw meowed. Smokeheart snorted and lifted the stick off Forestpaw.

"Sorry." Windpaw said, trying to hide the laugh in her voice. She still looked very pleased with herself.

"It's okay." Forestpaw murmured, he hated not being able to do anything.

Windpaw nodded apologetically. She took another stick and carefully placed this one on the first stick. "Should we cover the top of the shelter in something to keep the rain out?"

Smokeheart nodded."Good thinking."

Forestpaw watched them work, he yawned, then winced.

"How about moss?" Windpaw said, eyeing the shelter.

Smokeheart nodded."Good thinking, do you wanna go get it?"
