Chase's arm hurt like hell. His arm was blistered and bloody, he groaned. His head throbbed, his arm was burnt, and his collar bone was probably broken by the pain there as well.

(Wow, you guys have been busy!)
Rory shook herself. She hadn't been able to move since she fell on top of Chase as she flew down the stairs, so finally being able to feel her arms was a pleasant surprise.
Of course, she was still blind (or it was just really dark constantly).

Faelin heard someome yelling for Chase, "Rory, is that you? Just stay where you are, I'll be there in a minute." She then began crawling slowly but painfully across the floor towards Rory.
